Programs that are developed for blind or visually impaired people are becoming better with each update and they allow those with limited or no eyesight to use a computer just like the rest of us.

Thus blind and visually impaired people can choose from many tools that help to read the latest news work and use a computer the same way as regular computer users. It is our hope that each person who is visually impaired may experience the information age in a positive and productive manner. A screen reader is like a virtual assistant that responds to voice and key commands to access applications on the computer and read documents or information on the web.
